Lessons are wonderful for every skill level! Whether you're a beginner who has never held a racquet, someone who used to play but hasn't in years, or a player who's on the court every day, David will tailor your lesson to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.
At local courts throughout Fairfax, Annandale, Falls Church, and Northern VA.
All ages, from 4 years old through seniors 70+. Junior programs use age-appropriate equipment (e.g., low-compression balls for the youngest players). Adult programs focus on technique, fitness, and competitive play, depending on your goals.
If a lesson needs to be rescheduled due to rain, you will be notified at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Players should bring their own racquet, something to drink, and a hat or visor if needed. Balls are provided. If you have a junior and aren't sure what size racquet they need, let us know and David can size them at the first lesson. If you have an old racquet and aren't sure it's still right for you, bring it along — David can advise on racquet options, grip size, and string tension.
Yes. David offers specialized match prep for USTA adult league players and juniors competing in tournaments — including game strategy, mental toughness, and opponent analysis. David even runs USTA-sanctioned tournaments so you can put what you've been learning into practice. Ask about competitive player packages when booking.
Adult clinics are currently available for certain levels of play. In general, we recommend that new players take a private lesson for evaluation to help with placement. Junior clinics are formed as groups of interested players come together.
